Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Electrical Building Services Engineer to join our facilities management team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality electrical and general maintenance services across our site(s). Your role involves working closely with internal teams, external contractors, and site users to ensure operational efficiency and electrical safety.
Your core responsibilities include planned and reactive electrical maintenance, fault diagnosis, and small installation works, along with supporting other building services as needed. All tasks must be accurately logged and tracked via the CAFM system to ensure compliance with statutory and contractual obligations.
37.5 hours per week (Monday – Friday, with a 30-minute lunch break, working between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM). Participation in an on-call rota and occasional overtime will be required. A validated DBS check is essential for this role.
