Role Overview and Purpose

The Security Officer will ensure exemplary standards of security and customer service are always provided to the client and visitors. The role involves acting as the public face of the security team with professionalism and a positive attitude. Main duties include:

1. Delivering first-class guest-focused service.
2. Working as part of a team to meet guest needs and support all departments.
3. Carrying out patrols and proactively seeking opportunities to assist visitors.
4. Managing incidents according to site policies.
5. Communicating effectively with the control room and colleagues.
6. Monitoring human behavior and surveillance, logging incidents.
7. Maintaining vigilance against unauthorized access.
8. Adhering to radio procedures.
9. Collaborating with the Environmental Services team to provide unified service.
