Clinical Negligence - Senior Solicitor - Hybrid - Leeds - up to£70,000

The Role

This is a superb opportunity to join an award-winning Top 100law firm that offers specialist quality legal advice to bothbusinesses and individuals nationwide.

Due to thedevelopment and expansion of the firm’s Clinical Negligencedepartment, it is now seeking to appoint a Senior Solicitor/LegalExecutive to take on some excellent cases and work on them frominception to trial.

The ideal candidate will haveexperience handling a caseload of Clinical Negligence claims,investigating and litigating multi-track cases. You must ensure casesare progressed in a timely, efficient and proactive manner and meetall KPI targets set by the firm.

This firmcurrently has a team of experts and are keen to speak to likemindedpeople, who are passionate about Clinical Negligence and client care.

The Candidate

• Clinical Negligence Solicitor / Legal Executive handlingown caseload (4+ years PQE)
• Litigation experience andknowledge of the Damages Claims Portal
• Supervision experienceis preferred but not essential
• Prioritise and manage a variedcaseload
• Strong legal and leadership skills with an eye fordetail
• Excellent client care skills
