Job description

Leap29 are working with an international Oil service company, who are looking for an experienced Scheduler to join their team in Aberdeen on a 12 month renewable contract.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist current Project Managers with maintenance of EPM Project Data utilizing MS Project, SAP, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Maintain multiple project schedules across various Sub PSL Groups.
  • Gather and screen data and information on all engineering and project-related activities, working with the projects portfolio manager and project/discipline engineers.
  • Create integrated activity plans in Primavera P6.
  • Collaborate with various departments to establish feasible plans for all stakeholders.
  • Develop an overall plan for the full engineering and projects department, cross-referencing all jobs to the integrated activity plan.
  • Participate in plan optimization by attending planning meetings, identifying improvements, and implementing them in engineering and project activities.
  • Stay informed about developments in your discipline.
  • Ensure administration aligns with operating procedures and the CMMS system, complying with relevant legislation and HSSE standards.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of scheduling practices using Critical Path Methodology.
  • Ability to handle multiple detailed tasks simultaneously with a focus on customer service.
