What You’ll Do:

  1. Drive Sales Growth: Execute product strategies to boost sales and profitability in your market area.
  2. Support Customers: Provide technical assistance and product support to both existing and potential customers.
  3. Develop Solutions: Create and present value solutions, propositions, and win plans for sales cases.
  4. Promote Innovation: Introduce new product designs and innovations to end users and internal teams.
  5. Identify Opportunities: Help sales teams identify new potential customers.
  6. Achieve Targets: Meet sales target numbers in your region.
  7. Competitive Insight: Offer insights on competition and advise on pricing levels.
  8. Negotiate Deals: Negotiate pricing levels and delivery schedules for our product line.
  9. Expert Installation: Provide expertise in product installation.

Who You Are:

  1. Educational Background: BS Degree in Business or Engineering.
  2. Industry Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in mineral processing equipment, preferably related products.
  3. Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills are a must.
  4. Tech Savvy: Experience with CRM (Salesforce), AutoCAD, and SAP software is a plus.
  5. Communication Pro: Excellent communication skills, drive, and performance orientation.
  6. Client-Focused: Strong client skills, including relationship building, negotiation, and understanding customer needs and market requirements.
