Job description

MoJo Promotions, a leading business in the promotional products sector, are looking for a skilled Accounts Administrator to oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable across the entire organisation.


The Accounts Administrator will be responsible for reviewing and reconciling all company accounts. They will process payments to our external partners and maintain up-to-date records of all invoices and receipts.


Requirements

Responsibilities
  1. Oversee all outstanding supplier, customer, and third-party vendor obligations
  2. Remind clients to make timely payments
  3. Identify and address discrepancies in all documentation
  4. Update all databases and spreadsheets related to accounting

Skills
  1. Strong understanding of bookkeeping procedures and best practices
  2. Impeccable time-management skills
  3. Capability to stay organised and maintain detailed records
  4. Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies
  5. Basic arithmetic competency

Preferred Qualifications
  1. Experience in finance or accounting
  2. Proficiency with accounting software such as NetSuite ERP or QuickBooks Online
  3. Advanced knowledge of spreadsheet software such as Excel or Google Sheets
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Experience in data entry
  6. Effective decision-making and problem-solving techniques
