Job description

We're currently recruiting a driven Barista to help us create beautifully crafted drinks for DINE on a full-time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week. As a Barista, you will use your skills to deliver first-class service and perfectly crafted coffees to our customers. You'll have opportunities to progress within a company that invests in its people, celebrates individuality, and rewards employees who go beyond expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare blended drinks and serve high-quality food that delights our customers.
2. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area.
3. Receive and process payments (cash and credit cards).
4. Be an enthusiastic team player and communicate effectively.
5. Manage stock of mugs and plates.
6. Learn about brewing methods, beverage blends, and food presentation techniques.
7. Check brewing equipment functionality and report maintenance needs.
8. Represent DINE and uphold a positive brand image.
9. Comply with Food Handling & Hygiene standards.
10. Adhere to Health & Safety regulations.

1. Excellent communicator who can build relationships easily.
2. Previous experience in customer service.
3. Motivated and eager to strive for excellence.
4. Proactive in making decisions for customer satisfaction.
5. Hands-on experience with brewing equipment.
