Job Title: Theatre Nurse - Recovery/Scrub/Anaesthetic
Banding: 5
Location: Truro
Rate: £17 - £28 per hour

Pulse Nursing is seeking a dedicated and experienced Theatre Nurse with expertise in scrub, recovery or anaesthetic roles to join our dynamic and compassionate team for a prestigious NHS Trust. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to patients undergoing ophthalmic procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare the operating theatre and ensure all necessary equipment and supplies are available and sterile.
  2. Assist the surgical team during ophthalmic procedures, maintaining a sterile environment.
  3. Administer anaesthesia and monitor patients' vital signs throughout the surgical process.
  4. Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to patients, ensuring their comfort and safety.
  5. Collaborate with surgeons, anaesthetists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver optimal patient care.
  6. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
  7. Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations and protocols.

Requirements:
