An exciting opportunity has arisen in one of our children’s homes for Residential Team Leaders!

We are looking for caring and compassionate Team Leaders who want to make a positive difference in the lives of children and young people by leading support workers through example.

Benefits:
  • Basic salary of £13.40 per hour plus £30 per sleep-in
  • Paid annual leave
  • Rotas provided 4 weeks in advance
  • 40-hour week across 2-3 shifts, supporting work/life balance
  • Work during holidays including Christmas and New Year, celebrating with children!
  • Long shifts including sleep-ins, hours vary by home
Job Responsibilities:
  • Meeting the needs of children and young people in line with Ofsted regulations
  • Planning team rotas and supporting meetings and appointments
  • Assisting in implementing the Statement of Purpose
  • Performing tasks as directed by management
  • Supervising in the absence of managers
  • Promoting diversity and creating a safe, family environment
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 21 years old due to Ofsted regulations
  • Driving license preferred but not essential, depending on home locations
  • Enrolled in a workplace pension scheme after three months
  • Opportunity for career progression: Support Worker → Team Leader → Deputy Manager
  • Fully paid 10-day induction course
  • Enhanced DBS check paid for by Cambian Group
