We are currently recruiting for a Senior Divisional Data Analyst to join our Business Informatics team at ESNEFT.

Opportunity Overview

This is a fantastic opportunity to demonstrate your technical expertise while collaborating closely with our clinical team. The role requires a balance of strong technical and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Providing a bespoke business intelligence service to operational and clinical colleagues to inform decisions on operational planning and patient care.
2. Supporting the Head of Analytics in delivering robust business intelligence, including performance analysis, to stakeholders across clinical divisions.
3. Delivering bespoke analysis using techniques such as dashboards, demand and capacity modelling, business planning, and statistical analysis. Responding to ad hoc data queries.
4. Acting as an ‘Analytical Business Partner’ to ensure timely access to insights for operational and clinical colleagues to support strategic and tactical decisions.
5. Utilizing benchmarking tools, activity forecasting, modelling, and statistical analysis. Proficient in SQL, R, or Python.
6. Providing specialist advice on data collation, analysis, interpretation, and reporting related to activity, performance, clinical quality, and outcomes, ensuring compliance with data quality and protection standards.
7. Investigating complex information issues to support Trust planning and decision-making.
8. Designing and implementing information solutions to adapt to changing clinical and information environments.
9. Collaborating across all levels within the Trust to develop the informatics function in line with strategic objectives.
