Job Description:

This role involves leading relationships with strategic acquirer partners, ensuring high-quality customer service and managing a pipeline of opportunities through a consultative selling approach. You will be responsible for building and delivering strategies to maximize partner growth, driving client usage of Visa solutions, and operating across various internal teams to deliver seamless service. The position requires managing relationships, developing account plans, and executing Visa projects, particularly in digital services and ecommerce growth. The role is hybrid, with in-office days to be confirmed.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 8+ years with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Master’s, MBA, JD, MD) or 3+ years with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 8-10 years with an Advanced Degree or 6+ years with a PhD

Experience in acquiring/acceptance functions, client sales, relationship management, and deep understanding of card network payments are essential. The candidate should have a proven track record in business development within payments, strategic planning, and managing large relationships. Knowledge of technology, fintech, and digital commerce, along with strong influencing skills, are required. The role involves representing Visa externally and internally, requiring leadership and independence.
