An innovative company is seeking a dynamic Ad Operations Specialist to join their team. The Ad Operations team serves as a liaison between sales, project management, product, adtech and the design teams to ensure campaign fulfilment and client satisfaction. Ad Ops supports the sales team from pre- to post-sales cycle for an assigned list of digital campaigns, and report directly into the Programmatic Ad Ops Manager
What you'll be doing
You’ll support the response to client briefs for premium programmatic campaigns, helping deliver effective and innovative advertising solutions. Day to day, you’ll activate digital campaigns across a range of SSPs, ensuring they are set up and launched smoothly.
Monitoring campaign delivery closely, you’ll make proactive recommendations to ensure KPIs are met, with a strong focus on CTR and viewability. You’ll also be the key point of contact for clients, agencies and sales teams, providing regular updates and maintaining throughout.
After each campaign, you’ll deliver clear and insightful analysis, turning performance data into actionable insights and presenting these in well-structured decks with recommendations for future activity. You’ll also collaborate with sales and product teams to refine and evolve our product offering, helping us stay at the forefront of digital advertising.
