Are you a Global New Business Assistant looking for an exciting new opportunity?

DNA Recruit is working with a Leading Global Promotional Marketing Agency that partners with some of the world's biggest brands to find them an amazing Global New Business Assistant. With an agile and collaborative global team, this agency thrives on creating innovative campaigns and driving growth across international markets.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in supporting the Global New Business Director, helping to shape and drive the agency’s new business strategy by identifying and nurturing key client prospects around the world.

About the Role:

As a Global New Business Assistant, you will work closely with the Global New Business Director to build a strong pipeline of opportunities and support business development efforts. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Research and target B2B companies with large international footprints, particularly across the US and China.
  2. Identify key decision-makers within these organisations using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Cognism.
  3. Validate, capture, and manage contact data within CRM systems (HubSpot and Monday.com).
  4. Create tailored outreach using high-quality marketing materials to drive engagement and schedule introductory calls.
  5. Collaborate with global offices and licensees to align on strategy and share insights.
  6. Support key business development events and track ongoing activity and success metrics.
Skills and Experience Required:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and prospecting tools (e.g., Cognism).
  • Comfortable working with data lists and managing outreach campaigns.
  • A proactive and self-motivated team player, able to work independently when needed.
