Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vehicle Bodyshop Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will play an integral role in managing the Bodyshop operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Bodyshop team effectively.
• Plan, control, and coordinate all daily activities of the Bodyshop.
• Support the team to meet all KPIs.
• Be hands-on when required, including painting, prepping, and polishing vehicles.
• Ensure all repair work is completed to a high standard.
• Prioritize the WIP report for completed vehicles.
• Maintain high productivity and efficiency.
• Adhere to all health and safety policies and legislation.

Qualifications:

• Management or supervisory experience in a similar role.
• Full UK/EU driving license.

Skills and Experience:

• Extensive knowledge of Bodyshop repair methods.
• Good communication skills and a team player.
• Hands-on approach in a fast-paced environment.
