Job description

GLL is looking for a Lifeguard to work at Bath Sports and Leisure Centre. If you have the skills and ambition to join us as a Lifeguard, there's never been a more exciting time to join us. This is more than a Lifeguard job, it's a career.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervising and ensuring the safety of pool users.
2. Supporting the team in maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
3. Setting up equipment and managing pool rotations.
4. Dealing with customer queries and providing excellent customer service.
5. Supporting the team in preparing facilities for activities and general upkeep of the centre.

What you need:

• A focus on customer service.
• Passion and personality.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Ideally, you will have your National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) with up-to-date training records. If not, NPLQ training can be provided upon passing a swim test.
