Job description

In this role, you’ll report directly to the CIO, overseeing high-performance computing resources' strategic development and management. These resources include expansive data storage, thousands of compute cores, and advanced GPU clusters; everything needed to support groundbreaking research in fields such as genomics and bioinformatics. By aligning resources with the needs of a vibrant research community, you’ll ensure sustainable growth, efficient data lifecycle management, and robust business continuity.

Your role will also involve engaging with external partners and leveraging emerging technologies to enhance the institution’s computing capabilities, maximizing the impact of research projects. Leading a skilled team, you’ll foster a culture of excellence and innovation, empowering your team to deliver top-tier computing support that fuels high-impact science.
