An established industry player seeks a dedicated Support Worker to join the Children's Services team in Bolton. This role involves working with vulnerable young individuals, providing essential support, and collaborating with professionals to ensure effective care plans are in place. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of UK experience in a similar role and hold an NVQ3 in Health & Social Care. Job Description

Support Worker, Bolton Council, Children Families First Team - Must be a Support Worker with a minimum of 2 years+ UK Support Worker experience within a Children's Social Work team.

The responsibilities will include:

Working with challenging or vulnerable young people aged 10-18 years
Knowledge of EHP/CiN and Child Action Meetings
Experience of chairing CAM
Agreeing plans and SMART targets and ability to review relevance and effectiveness
Liaise appropriately with colleagues and other professionals
35 hours per week (flexible by negotiation)
Immediate Start
3 Month Temporary Contract

The successful candidate will need to hold an NVQ3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent, have a current CRB and be a car driver.
