Senior Sous Chef | Full Time

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspirational leader, creating a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support in coaching and developing your team to excel while driving restaurant performance and delivering exceptional results.

What You Bring |

  • Focus on creating a caring and listening environment, celebrating successes, and nurturing talent within your team.
  • Dedication to ensuring an excellent guest experience, with dishes prepared to high standards and your team equipped with necessary skills.
  • Experience in maintaining food, health, and safety standards, and understanding kitchen financials including gross profit, stock control, and labour costs.
  • Ability to build a coaching culture, working with the Head Chef on recruitment and development, fostering personal and professional growth.
  • A forward-thinking problem solver, capable of quick decision-making.
