Visual Merchandiser Job Description

As part of the in-store team, you will provide visual support to the store, engaging customers through creative product placement and the latest fashion trends. Your role includes creating window and in-store displays while maximizing store profitability with enticing visual concepts.

Responsibilities:

1. Follow weekly visual merchandising briefs and implement them in your store.
2. Attract, engage, and motivate customers to make purchases using advanced visual techniques.
3. Ensure mannequins, displays, and windows are updated seasonally and aligned with retail calendar events.
4. Set up and monitor in-store promotions using POS systems.
5. Analyze Oracle figures to optimize product placement and floor layout.
6. Training & Development: Provide training and support team development in merchandising and displays, conducting weekly sessions to prepare for future roles. Communicate feedback to the Town Merchandiser regarding visual merchandising activities.

• Maintain a highly professional manner, leading by example.
• Work safely and responsibly at all times.
• Promote high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and maintenance according to company procedures.

Skills and Experience:
