Up to £36k negotiable, South Wales based, out of their Cardiff office
Permanent, Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 35-hour week

Reporting to the Contract Manager, you will lead, motivate, and develop a team of Assessors to drive performance and quality across all learning programmes, ensuring contract compliance and high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment for all learners. You will oversee the company's Internal Quality Assurance and Performance Management processes, ensuring continuous improvement, learner satisfaction, and success rates. Experience with coordinating EQA visits and involvement in inspections is desirable.
