Job Description:

Pearson Carter is working with a global client providing shared business services to various successful companies worldwide across industries such as healthcare, technology, motor sports, and renewable energy. The role is a 6-month contract with potential for extension.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot ERP user issues by collaborating with support teams and Microsoft support as needed.
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) supporting finance & commercial teams on ERP modules, especially D365 F&O and related software.
• Provide first-level support for end-users, researching data, system, and integration issues.
• Manage Dynamics 365 F&O access and automate role-based permissions.
• Support application troubleshooting and maintenance alongside the implementation team.
• Coordinate with support, implementation, and product teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
• Identify and implement system improvements, including automation of manual processes.
• Engage with stakeholders and end-users to optimize ERP system usage and develop solutions.

Skills Required:

• Experience with Supply Chain modules: Warehousing, Production, Inventory & Manufacturing.
• 5-8 years' experience with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations in technical or functional roles.
• Understanding of Dynamics 365 F&O integration with other platforms like Azure.
• Strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles.
• Experience in all lifecycle stages of MS D365 F&O implementation projects is a plus.

Location:

Client offices in London & Oxford; role is hybrid with flexible arrangements based on experience.

Day Rate:

Approximately £600 per day for a 6-month outside IR35 contract, dependent on experience.
