Where will you be working?

At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in delivering our tech-enabled future.

We provide full network cycle services for fixed, private, and mobile operators.

This role will be within our Fixed networks team, supporting turnkey solutions for surveying, designing, building, and commissioning new networks, as well as maintaining and operating existing ones.

What will you be doing?

Make an impact as a Capacity Planning Analyst. You’ll help plan the right number of people to meet our targets, analyzing needs, current resources, and possibilities. Your work will ensure our residential installation contracts run smoothly, using data to guide decisions and improve efficiency.

You’ll consider skills, availability, holidays, sickness, and success rates, identifying gaps and collaborating with teams and clients to meet demand efficiently. You’ll share insights with senior leaders and suggest improvements, always seeking better planning and operational methods to support growth and innovation.

What you’ll bring

You bring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a good understanding of forecasting and workforce planning. Experience with data tools and reporting systems to translate complex data into clear insights is essential. You’re comfortable working with stakeholders, managing priorities, and adapting to change. Your proactive and problem-solving mindset helps you stay ahead of demand and support operational success.
