Contract Type: Permanent, full-time

Salary: OTE up to £50,000 per annum plus company car! (including £25,000 basic plus uncapped commission)

Hours: 44 hours per week, Monday-Friday 09:00-18:00, Saturday 09:00-17:00, Sunday 10:00-14:00 (One day off in the week and weekends on rota basis)

Carlisle Nissan is recruiting for an ambitious and experienced Sales Executive to join our friendly team on site. Specialising in either new or used car sales, you will work alongside our passionate sales team to provide first-class customer service.

As a Sales Executive, you will be a team player with exceptional communication skills to build rapport with colleagues and customers. Your role involves understanding customer needs and providing suitable vehicle options.

Responsibilities
  1. Communicating with customers via email, telephone, and in person
  2. Suggesting suitable vehicles based on customer needs
  3. Arranging and accompanying test drives
  4. Negotiating final sale prices
  5. Completing relevant paperwork for each sale
  6. Liaising with dealership departments to ensure excellent customer service

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be self-motivated, and passionate about their work. Ambition and a hard-working attitude are essential, as targets need to be met.

Previous experience in a similar role within the motor trade is preferred but not essential; we welcome new and fresh talent. A full UK driving license is required as you may need to drive prestigious vehicles.
