Job description

HR Advisor, People Advisor, HR Adviser. Rochdale, Lancashire. Part-time, choice of 3 days per week, hybrid working, 6-month FTC.

My client is one of the region's leading social care organisations, seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their team on a part-time basis (3 days per week). The role primarily focuses on employee relations and policy development within a small, friendly team that fosters a great culture. The organisation prioritizes the welfare of their clients, which is central to all activities.

The organisation provides life-changing services for people living with disabilities and older adults with dementia. Their innovative services include family support, residential care, and opportunities for personal development and employment.

This role offers the chance to make a meaningful difference in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Candidates should have HR experience dealing with employee relations issues such as grievances, disciplinary actions, unauthorised absences, and other formal HR processes.

The HR team operates in a hands-on manner, creating a supportive, positive, and upbeat environment. The position is for 3 days per week with flexible working arrangements and is offered on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

In accordance with our Diversity and Inclusion policy, all applicants meeting the minimum criteria will be considered regardless of age, gender, gender expression, disability, race, ethnicity, religion, belief, or sexual orientation. We are also open to reasonable adjustments during the recruitment process, and candidates will be asked if they require any accommodations.
