Learning Support Assistant – Oxford – Key Responsibilities:

* Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEN, including Autism, ADHD, and SEMH.
* Assist teachers in delivering engaging and accessible lessons.
* Help create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
* Work closely with the SENCO and teaching staff to adapt learning materials for individual needs.

What We’re Looking For in a Learning Support Assistant in Oxford:

A strong interest in education and supporting children’s learning.
Experience working with young people (school-based experience, tutoring, childcare, mentoring, etc.).
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Experience with SEN is beneficial but not essential.
