As an Agent in the Hungerford and Marlborough agency, you’ll join an existing high-performing business that has doubled in size over the past five years. With a focus on new business, you’ll play a key role in expanding market reach. Using a mix of client management and commercial thinking, you’ll explore numerous new business opportunities across Berkshire and Wiltshire.

Alongside two experienced Agents, this is an opportunity to showcase your ability to understand unique customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and drive the growth this business is poised for.

Your experience and commercial flair

Based in Hungerford, this agency is home to a 20-strong team that thrives in a culture of shared goals and supporting growth through excellent customer care.

With support from the existing partners, you’ll lead and inspire a small sales team, where your leadership and coaching skills will be crucial in achieving ambitious sales targets. While farming experience is not essential, a genuine interest and appreciation for agriculture are vital. You will immerse yourself in this industry, developing a deep understanding and care for it.
