Our client, a leading law firm with an exceptional reputation in the IP sector, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Patent Attorney to join its dynamic team. This role is focused on patent litigation within the semiconductor industry, and the ideal candidate will have 1-3 years post-qualification experience (PQE).

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct and manage patent litigation cases, particularly in the tech sector
• Provide strategic advice and guidance on patent infringement, validity, and enforcement matters
• Represent clients in litigation proceedings before the Unified Patent Court (UPC)
• Collaborate with clients, technical experts, and internal teams to develop comprehensive litigation strategies
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on the latest developments in patent law and the semiconductor industry
• Attend and participate in court hearings, trials, and other related proceedings

Qualifications and Experience:

• Qualified Patent Attorney with 1-3 years PQE
• Registered to practice as a representative before the Unified Patent Court (UPC)
• Demonstrable experience in patent litigation, preferably within the tech sector and specifically semiconductors
• Strong technical background in semiconductors or related fields
• Excellent analytical, research, and drafting skills
• Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
