Responsibilities
  1. Apply GMP/GLP standards in all responsibilities.
  2. Promote and demonstrate the company vision.
  3. Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
  4. Perform basic microbiology lab techniques and media preparation.
  5. Enter data accurately into computer systems and ELN.
  6. Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment.
  7. Conduct destruct runs and prepare/wash glassware.
  8. Perform all activities safely and efficiently.
  9. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Minimum requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Microbiology or Chemistry.
  • Understanding of media preparation, pipetting, organism/culture prep, serial dilution, aseptic techniques, Gram staining.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Previous laboratory experience, GMP experience preferred.
  • Attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
  • Ability to follow written instructions, organize, prioritize workload, and work well with others.
  • Strong time management, organization, and communication skills.
Additional Information

Work schedule is Tuesday to Saturday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Up to 25% travel may be required. Candidates living within commuting distance of Lancaster, PA are encouraged to apply.
