The first American Formula 1 team to compete in the sport since 1986, MoneyGram Haas F1 Team made an immediate impression with a memorable points-scoring debut at the 2016 Australian Grand Prix. Nine years later, the team continues to demonstrate growth and a clear direction with its future objectives – coming off the back of its second-best season to-date in Formula 1.

Location: Banbury, UK
Working within the cross-functional PLM Group, reporting to the Head of Business Process or their designee. The role involves mapping, managing, and publishing Haas F1 business processes to support key business improvement projects and ongoing continuous improvement activities.
Education & Experience: GCSE, High School diploma or equivalent required; further education such as a University Degree is beneficial. Minimum 5 years of experience in a fast-paced organization.
Ability to work in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment, with potential international travel and flexible hours including weekends. Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, squatting, and manual dexterity. The environment involves machinery, race cars, rigs, debris, and hazardous fluids. Compliance with health and safety policies is mandatory.
