A rapidly scaling US Fintech startup launching European operations from London. The business analyst will support and enhance the SaaS platform for Fixed Income clients across Europe.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve data processes and management.
• Support SaaS platform with basic administration.
• Review platform features, business processes, and client requirements to enhance customer experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improved reporting, UI, and streamline processes.
• Identify problems proactively and develop solutions.
• Prepare detailed reports presenting analytical findings and insights.
• Support strategic decision-making for management.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends in Leverage Finance and Private Credit markets.

Candidate Profile
