Role Overview:
- Reporting to the Data Centre Manager, responsible for service delivery and management of subcontractor maintenance and extra works.
- Ensure Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) plans are in place and scheduled services are delivered accordingly.
- Coordinate with Operations Supervisor & Shift Managers to schedule and complete subcontractor works.
- Communicate resource availability daily to relevant teams.
- Act as the primary contact for subcontractor tasks and corrective work.
- Maintain subcontractor records and ensure compliance with QHSE procedures.
- Perform assurance checks of subcontractor work and approve invoicing weekly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage two direct reports, including goal setting, training, performance management, and succession planning.
- Oversee subcontractor planned and corrective works, review maintenance reports, and manage change notifications.
- Manage supply partner performance meetings and ensure adherence to scope of work.
- Conduct risk assessments and audits of subcontractor work and documentation.
- Coordinate with CAFM Team on PPM scheduling and site logbook maintenance.
- Ensure health and safety compliance and maintain professional relationships with clients and contractors.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
- Electrical Qualification - 18th Edition
- Experience as HVAP/Qualifying Supervisor
- Knowledge of Building Services in Critical Environments
- Management experience with subcontractors and supply chain
- Experience managing policies on H&S, QA, environmental standards
- Ability to coordinate multiple works across complex sites
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
- Valid H&S qualification preferred
