Telemetry Coordinator, Tamworth, B77 5PN

Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | 42 hours per week

We're looking for a Telemetry Coordinator to manage and maintain our advanced telematics systems within the Single Pane of Glass (SPoG) platform. In this role, you'll ensure the seamless flow of accurate data from our fleet's telematics devices, supporting internal operations and customer needs.

What You'll Do:

  • Maintain and manage telematics systems to ensure accurate and reliable data flow.
  • Work closely with telematics engineers to coordinate installations, maintenance, and removals.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with devices, software, and data transmission.
  • Set up and manage internal and customer accounts while ensuring data security.
  • Manage telematics inventory, ensuring equipment is available when needed.
  • Identify opportunities for system improvements and automation.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams and customers.

What You'll Need:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent coordination skills to work across teams and stakeholders.
  • Sharp attention to detail to maintain data accuracy and compliance.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve issues effectively.
  • Experience with data management and system administration.
