Job description

Uncle Johns Bakery based in Tottenham is currently recruiting for Van Drivers to deliver their products all over London. Uncle Johns workforce is the heart of our business; without them, we wouldn’t be able to deliver our award-winning products to thousands of customers across the country each day. Our customers are important to us, which is why we ask for excellent customer service on every delivery. We offer a competitive pay rate and other work incentives such as bonuses and discounts.

We appreciate not everyone is available for full-time work due to outside commitments, which is why we offer a range of contracts such as full-time contracts for those who are available or part-time/set hourly contracts that will allow more flexibility on a rota basis.

Pay Rate:

£10-12 per hour, plus bonuses

Key Responsibilities/Requirements:

1. Able to drive a 3.5 tonne vehicle
2. Full UK Driving licence
3. The ability to be productive working alone
4. Excellent time management skills
5. Excellent customer service, assisting on delivery
6. Lifting and loading on/off the van
7. DBS check

Working Pattern:

Monday to Saturday - 6:30am to 5:00pm (approx.)
