A commonly used, global app is building out their Safety and Compliance team, and they are looking for a consultant specialising in creating process improvement within technology and compliance to join them.

The team build and deliver critical process improvements, ensuring compliance with ever-evolving regulations, while simultaneously focusing on keeping a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

Manage incoming requests based on regulatory updates, and deliver time-critical changes to the product.
Constantly evaluate current processes, and look to run continuous improvements to increase efficiencies.
Run data-led tracking of processes, and report on results and impact of changes.

Requirements

Experience within operational and continuous improvement, ideally with management over projects and able to lead others.
Strong data-analysis is required, including knowledge of SQL.
Prior experience working with or within a compliance team is preferable.
Experience from a highly-regulated industry is highly desirable.
