Retail Sales Assistant - Levy Merchandising

Salary: £13.85 p.h., plus benefits

Hours per week: 2 x 21 hour and 2 x 12 hour contracts available

Working pattern: varied shifts including weekdays, late evenings (until midnight), and weekends, to be discussed at interview

Target start date: late June 2025

We’re looking for part-time Retail Sales Assistants to join our Retail team, to be the face of our business, delivering exceptional customer service to guests visiting the Elvis Evolution Merchandise Store.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for customers, assisting with their enquiries, and advising on our product range. You’ll also process sales, replenish stock, and check in deliveries. You’ll maintain high retail standards and keep the store tidy, ensuring products are well presented.

This role suits individuals with excellent communication and teamwork skills, who can take initiative and make customer-focused decisions.

We’ll partner with Elvis Evolution to deliver their retail operations. Elvis Evolution is a new immersive experience celebrating Elvis Presley, created by Layered Reality, the UK's leading immersive specialists. What you’ll do:

1. Work as part of a team to create a fun and friendly environment
2. Welcome customers and deliver excellent service
3. Advise on products, assist with enquiries, and facilitate purchases
4. Manage till operations and handle transactions
5. Maintain store cleanliness and organize stock and displays
6. Ensure high standards of visual merchandising
7. Check in deliveries and manage stock storage
8. Use customer feedback to improve store operations
9. Oversee stock management and conduct audits
10. Follow health, safety, and security procedures
11. Operate the store independently during opening and closing
12. Identify and suggest improvements to store operations

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred but not essential
