Salaried GP Position
Elthorne Park Surgery is a well-established and popular 4-Partner Practice with currently one Salaried Doctor and a growing list size (currently 9600 patients) in Hanwell, West London. We are looking for a new salaried GP to join our dynamic team to work 4-6 sessions per week. We recognise the challenges of working as a GP in the current climate, and so are willing to offer the right candidate both a competitive salary as well as an attractive package of additional benefits as detailed above.

We are a SystmOne Practice, and have a full complement of friendly nursing and support staff. We pride ourselves on providing high quality clinical care, and like to look after our staff by hosting a fortnightly yoga class in-house.
We have a long tradition of teaching Imperial College Medical Undergraduates (Year 3 Medicine in the Community Apprenticeship), and enjoy close ties with the Imperial College School of Medicine. The successful candidate would have the opportunity to participate fully in our teaching programme if they wish.
We are part of South Central Ealing PCN, a small and well-established PCN which is now incorporated and employs a range of additional role staff including a Social Prescriber and Care Coordinator, a team of Clinical Pharmacists, a First Contact Physiotherapist, a Mental Health Worker, a Home-Visiting Paramedic and a GP Assistant.
The ideal candidate needs to be committed to delivering high quality care and have strong attention to detail. Desirable skills include an enthusiasm for teaching, coil & ring pessary fitting, family planning and Women’s Health.
