Job description

Are you an experienced project manager with a passion for driving results and leading dynamic teams? We are seeking a motivated and skilled Project Manager to oversee and deliver projects from start to finish across a diverse range of areas for our client based in Bangor, Gwynedd.


In this role, you'll take ownership of the full project lifecycle, ensuring every phase including planning, execution, and delivery is managed effectively. You'll lead multidisciplinary teams, maintain documentation, and ensure projects meet their objectives within a given timescale.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Managing and delivering all phases of assigned projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes
  2. Developing comprehensive project plans
  3. Allocating resources, setting deadlines, and monitoring progress to achieve milestones
  4. Facilitating regular meetings, communicating updates, and addressing any issues
  5. Overseeing project documentation and ensuring all records are accurate and up to date
  6. Balancing workloads, assigning tasks, and reviewing work to ensure consistent quality
  7. Coordinating training for end-users impacted by project implementations
  8. Managing project scope, documenting changes, and securing stakeholder approvals
  9. Preparing detailed status reports

We would love to hear from you if you have the following:

  1. Minimum of 2 to 3 years' experience in a project management or a related role
  2. Certification in CAPM, PMP, or PRINCE2
  3. Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a related field
  4. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  5. Exceptional organisational and communication skills
  6. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail
  7. A valid driver's license and current passport
