Delivery Manager UK&I
The Delivery Manager will report directly to the UK&I Professional Services Director and be an integral part of the UK&I PS Management team. This is a senior role with line management responsibility for a designated team and responsibility for increasing customer satisfaction, improving adoption, and owning retention within the portfolio of UK&I customers. The Delivery Manager will be closely aligned with our core product and services teams to deliver solutions based on standard delivery programs, methods and processes to service our customers. The Delivery Manager will work with the UK&I PS Director to set clear objectives for their team, provide thought leadership in the organization, as well as, execute strategies and programs that will drive growth and customer success. He/she will be responsible to ensure successful customer engagements, maintain high customer satisfaction, and articulate the value delivered through project and program delivery.
Success in the Role: What are the performance outcomes over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing?
During the first year, you will onboard into the role, understand the portfolio, build out your network and then work with your assigned customers in order to maximise their success.
The Work: What type of work will you be doing? What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis?
The role is multifaceted but at its core there are two primary responsibilities:
Proven track record of delivery in a client-facing environment with a focus on driving innovation, increasing customer satisfaction, improving adoption, and owning retention.
Suitable candidates will have proven experience of managing and developing technical people in addition to considerable customer facing experience directly managing external projects or programs.
It’s expected that a successful candidate can demonstrate strong organizational skills with an ability to manage competing client demands and an eye for detail.

The successful candidate will report to the UK&I Professional Services Director. The Professional Services Consulting team is focused on Architecting, Deploying, and helping our strategic customers get the most from their investment in VMware by Broadcom technology. Along with the rest of the Professional Services business we are critical to the success of VMware by Broadcom and celebrate our role in the future of the company. Where is this role located?
Remote/On-site: The successful candidate will be based in England. Working will be a mix of working from Customer sites and home with monthly meetings in the London office to meet with peers and business partners.
