You are required to be at the office 3 days per week with 2 days at home allowed.

This is a rare opportunity to join one of London's top practices.

The firm is a medium-sized growing practice with a focus on architecturally challenging buildings design projects. They work on a wide range of projects, ranging from very small up to £50m. This firm is looking for top-class candidates who will fit in well with their existing team and help them take their business from strength to strength. You must have experience working for a reputable UK-based structural engineering firm. Technical excellence is a must, as are strong communication skills. You should be keen to work on a variety of projects, and your CV should demonstrate that you have experience of working on a range of buildings structures projects and a range of sizes of projects. Priority will be given to candidates who are already London-based. Ideally, you will have refurbishment project experience as well as new build.

The company has a modern, open plan office with three floors, each dedicated to a different Partner-led team. The team feel is added to by weekly whole office meetings where engineers and technicians have the opportunity to discuss their projects and offer help and guidance to each other.

A professional chef caters free lunches for the whole office twice a week, and more frequently for other CPD sessions as well.

In addition to a competitive basic salary and excellent projects, employees receive:

  1. Pension scheme
  2. 23 days holiday as well as an extra 3 days at Christmas
  3. A bonus of up to 8% based on company and individual performance
  4. Generous maternity and paternity leave
  5. Subsidised gym membership
  6. Annual company trip
  7. Flexible working policy with some days to work from home
