Job Description:

Our Insurance practice is looking for experienced Consultants and Senior Consultants to join the team.

Our Insurance practice works with leading insurers and distributors on strategic advisory projects, as well as business and technical change delivery. We are at the forefront of the industry, helping clients improve profitability, navigate regulatory changes, and implement new technological solutions.

What you will be doing
  • Work with leading insurers and distributors to design and deliver solutions for critical technology challenges across Digital, Data, and Technology.
  • Assist insurers with large transformations, including legacy technology application replacements across underwriting, claims, pricing, finance, and other shared services.
  • Define and deliver data strategies and solutions.
  • Design and transform digital and customer front-end systems.
  • Lead programme Scrum teams, managing workstream delivery and raising risks within larger transformation programmes.
  • Gather client requirements and prioritize backlogs to optimize client returns.
  • Support business case development and present findings to senior client stakeholders.
Your skills and experience

We seek individuals who can bring their ideas and perspectives, based on prior experience, to develop innovative solutions and deliver results with our clients.

  • Experience in at least one large-scale transformation or technology application upgrade within insurance or Life & Pensions, with a proven track record of delivering change.
  • Knowledge of the technology landscape, including main COTS policy and claims platforms and InsurTech players relevant to the industry.
  • Strong Business Analyst skills, with experience in requirement gathering using various methodologies.
  • A desire to learn and grow skills supporting insurers' digital, data, and technology agendas.
  • Understanding of how General Insurance, London Markets, and Life & Pensions businesses operate, including key processes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Interest in building capabilities, thought leadership, and offerings.
  • Experience with project and programme delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Bimodal, etc.).
  • Experience in business engagement and stakeholder management.
  • Experience working in multi-vendor and multi-stakeholder environments.
