Job description

DMJ are supporting a FTSE100 client in their search for an Interim Senior Company Secretary. This is a superb opportunity to form part of a leading governance function and work across different projects. The successful candidate will be CGI qualified with a minimum of 6 years’ experience operating in a listed environment.


Responsibilities
  1. Act as Secretary to the Remuneration Committee
  2. Provide corporate governance subject matter expertise and advice to committee members, supporting informed decision making and compliance with relevant regulations
  3. Manage core PLC processes including corporate reporting, maintenance of restricted and insider lists, and dividend documentation
  4. Lead the preparation and submission of regulatory announcements and disclosures
  5. Oversee remuneration governance processes, ensuring that executive compensation practices are aligned with governance standards
  6. Monitor and report on major shareholding interests, ensuring compliance with relevant stock exchange requirements
