Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for your team.
• Assist with training colleagues and communicating messages during team 'huddles'.
• Ensure colleagues are available to maintain product availability and meet customer expectations through careful planning of overtime and holidays.
• Support in developing your skills across different areas of retail.
