Hunter Gatherer is working alongside our professional Community Psychiatric Nurses who are looking for a Social Worker to join their Adult CMHT team in Manchester. They are looking for an experienced and resilient CPN to join their team. If this is a job for you, APPLY NOW!

Here are the details:

1. Job Title: CPN - Adult CMHT
2. Band: 6
3. Location: Manchester
4. Duration: 3 Months which can be ongoing
5. Schedule: Full Time Hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm)
6. Rate of pay: £26 per hour

Your responsibilities will include:

* Current and valid registration with the NMC.
* Proven experience within a CPN recovery role.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
* Previous experience in working within an Adult CMHT team.
