Job description

Exciting opportunity to work with a leading high-precision component manufacturing firm.

This role will include the following duties:

• Setting & Programming Citizen or Star Sliding Head Lathes in the manufacture of prototype and small to medium batch components to aerospace standards.
• Working with a range of materials including Stainless Steel , Aluminium, Brass and Titanium.

The ideal CNC Setter will:

• Have proven experience of setting and operating CNC Lathes to produce small to medium batch high precision components.
• Be able to demonstrate the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Ideally have an engineering apprenticeship however experience is the overriding factor.

Permanent basis; 5 working days, Monday to Thursday 8.00am to 5.00pm,Friday 8.00am to 1.00pm

Salary package based on qualification and working experience.

Overtime/additional hours may be required, depending on the work load of the business
