• Deliver a variety of food and catering services across multiple outlets in a complex environment
• Plan, organize, and oversee food preparation and cooking, maintaining high quality standards
• Take hands-on responsibility for food production
• Drive sales through menu planning, promotions, and preferred suppliers
• Ensure all food safety, HSE, and COSHH standards are met
• Implement and monitor food safety procedures, manage costs, and control budgets
