  • Efficient management of BIM/CAD files and project documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assisting in scheduling and maintaining the programme of drawing production to meet the client's expectations.
  • Collaborating with internal teams across various disciplines—electrical, structural, surveys, and environmental—ensuring smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

What we’re looking for:

Someone proficient in CAD software including AutoCAD, Civils 3D, and Revit. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel, and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring high-quality, error-free work.

Also important to us is:

  • Proven experience in civil or structural design.
  • Strong communication skills to engage in technical discussions with colleagues, non-technical staff, and clients.
  • Commitment to continued learning through on-the-job training.
  • Membership or working towards membership with a relevant professional body, such as ICE EngTech.
  • Mentoring of apprentice technicians.
  • Experience working in the electricity distribution sector, with familiarity in substation design and electrical infrastructure.
