The Role:
Sales Client Relationship Management Consulting services within a dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, requiring minimal supervision—ability to “take a project and run with it” is key.
Services required include:
- Complete end-to-end project management with solid CRM management experience & organisational skills, including the ability to set & drive requirements across multiple functional areas, as well as user training.
- Salesforce knowledge & ability to do implementations. Familiar with reporting on SF dashboards & gaining insights, with a focus on change management & process enhancement.
- Process implementation & efficiency with a customer-centric focus. Support the management and completion of JIRA tasks, including project communication and administration. Ability to lead & support User Acceptance Testing, particularly around feature testing & refinement.
- Interpersonal skills, stakeholder management & relationship building. Strong communication skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders to align, prioritize tasks and projects effectively, and escalate when relevant, e.g., retailer support both virtually & in person.
- General team administration, including chairing meetings & following up on actions. Liaising with local & central market contacts for CRM-related topics.
About you:
Professional Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in CRM & project management desired.
- Good working knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud is essential, including understanding of technical aspects—not just a regular user.
- Experience with data analysis and interrogation within Sales Cloud.
- Experience creating reports within Sales Cloud.
