The Role

This leading regional firm seeks a dedicated Solicitor/Associate to join its Personal Injury & Clinical Negligence team in Gatwick, West Sussex. You will work on a varied caseload, including Road Traffic Collisions (RTCs), Employer's Liability, Public Liability, Occupiers' Liability, and cases involving misdiagnosis or failure to treat.

You will manage your own caseload under supervision, assist senior team members on complex cases, and contribute to the department's success.

Requirements:

• 2+ years PQE as a Personal Injury / Clinical Negligence Solicitor. Experience in either area is acceptable, but exposure to both is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Civil Procedure Rules.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation, protocols, and case law.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
• Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Commitment to high standards of client care.
• Proactive approach to business development.
