Are you ready to make an impact at one of London's leading Further Education providers? Capital City College is looking for a skilled HE Quality Enhancement Manager to support and drive key operational functions, helping shape the future of education in the heart of London.

About the Role

This role is offered on a full-time, fixed-term basis, ending on 31/07/2026. You will be responsible for supporting all higher education (HE) managers with quality assurance and enhancement in line with HE awarding body and regulatory requirements, as well as the performance objectives of the Group.

You will provide day-to-day support for quality assurance and enhancement activities across colleges delivering HE programmes and lead on group-wide HE initiatives. You will operate within an agreed framework, utilizing templates for self-assessment and quality monitoring, and produce the group's annual self-assessment report and quality assurance plan.
