Job description

We are seeking a talented and results-driven Event Demand Generation Specialist to join our International Events team in Europe. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker with a passion for technology and a track record in demand generation or digital marketing. You will be instrumental in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive engagement, attendance, and audience growth for Adobe’s flagship events across EMEA.

Job Title: Event Demand Generation Specialist
Start Date: 07 April 2025
Hours: 35 hours per week (7 hours per day)

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement demand generation plans for Adobe’s Thought Leadership and flagship events in EMEA.
  2. Design targeted and personalized campaigns with clear audience strategies to maximize attendance and revenue.
  3. Collaborate with marketing teams to execute multi-channel promotional plans (web, email, paid media, social media, and market-specific channels).
  4. Identify and test optimization opportunities, introduce new formats, and track performance to enhance audience engagement.
  5. Manage external agencies to create compelling content and assets tailored for various marketing channels.
  6. Lead post-event analysis using data-driven insights to refine future campaigns and enhance marketing effectiveness.
Required Skills & Experience
  1. Strong experience in demand generation or digital marketing, with a proven ability to drive results.
  2. Background in event marketing and the technology industry is a plus.
  3. Expertise in cross-channel campaign management, audience segmentation, and personalization.
  4. Ability to analyze attendee engagement data and optimize strategies accordingly.
  5. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present effectively at all levels.
  7. A university degree in business, marketing, technology, or a related field.
Preferred Skills
  1. Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing.
  2. Familiarity with tradeshows, digital campaigns, paid media, and marketing automation tools.
  3. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German or French is a strong advantage.
